Cancellation Policy
Once you book your session you have until 24 hours to cancel before the class starts. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. If you cancel the session within the time frame policy, you have one week to book another time ( subject to availability).
Prerequisites for participating in classes (skill levels, minimum age, etc.)
Our Balanced Body Reformers were chosen to treat and work with all types of bodies and lengths. There is no minimum - maximum age necessary, other than common sense.
If it is your first time or need to treat any injuries or special condition, the private lessons are a perfect fit. Private lessons focus on your unique specific needs and goals.
If you are known to Pilates Mat or Reformer, don’t have any injury or pain, and can move the spine freely, feel free to join a group session and go further into your explorations.
*As a way to respect other fellow students and the rhythm of class, we ask you to be true to your choice of joining a group class. Group classes are 3 people max.
Liability Agreement
I have volunteered to partcipate in a program of progressive physical activity which may include but is not limited to, weight and/or resistance training, cardiovascular training, flexibility and balance. Under the direction of Nicole Houweling and Onda Pilates.
To the best of my knowledge I am in good physical condition and I have no disease, physi- cal limitation, health concern or injury other than as disclosed, that would be aggravated or would be the cause of any injury sustained, before, during or as a result of my partici- pation in activities related either directly and/or indirectly to this Program.
I recognize that exercise might be difficult and strenuous and that there could be dangers inherent in exercise for some individuals. I acknowledge that the possibility of certain unusual physical changes during exercise does exist. I recognize that an examination by a physician should be obtained prior to involvement in any exercise program. If I have chosen not to obtain a physician’s permission prior to participation, I hereby agree that I am doing so at my own risk and I assume the risks associated with any and all activities and/or exercises in which I participate.

He ofrecido voluntariamente participar en un programa de actividad física progresiva que puede incluir, pero no se limita a, entrenamiento de peso y/o resistencia, entrenamiento cardiovascular, flexibilidad y equilibrio. Bajo la dirección de Nicole Houweling y Onda Pilates.
Hasta donde yo sé, estoy en buena condición física y no tengo enfermedades, limita- ciones físicas, preocupaciones de salud o lesiones, excepto las reveladas, que podrían agravarse o ser la causa de cualquier lesión sufrida antes, durante o como resultado de mi participación en actividades relacionadas directa o indirectamente con este Programa.
Reconozco que el ejercicio puede ser difícil y exigente, y que podría haber peligros inher- entes en el ejercicio para algunas personas. Reconozco que existe la posibilidad de cier- tos cambios físicos inusuales durante el ejercicio. Reconozco que se debe obtener un examen médico antes de involucrarme en cualquier programa de ejercicio. Si he elegido no obtener el permiso de un médico antes de participar, acepto que lo hago bajo mi propio riesgo y asumo los riesgos asociados con todas y cada una de las actividades y/o ejercicios en los que participo.
