Is Pilates for everyone?

Yes

Do I need to wear socks?

We recommend wearing grippy socks, for hygiene and grip. We have some for sale at the Studio. If you go barefoot make sure they are clean.

What duration is the class? 

50 minutes.

It’s my first time doing it. What class should I choose?

Pilates is like learning a new language. A first private session will get you understanding the method and connection with your practice.

What happens if I'm late to class?

Classes start on time and stretching is essential. There is a 5 minute time range, after that, you won’t be able to join the class.

Are there refunds?

There are no refunds.

Do I need to bring a water bottle?

We have filtered water at the studio and a mini fridge with sparkling water and goodies.
